Sometime when you try to edit your “hosts” file in Windows 7 or Windows Vista you got error like this:
Error 1
Access to C:WindowsSystem32driversetc hosts was denied
Error 2
Cannot create the C:WindowsSystem32driversetchosts file.
Make sure that the path and file name are correct.
To solve this problem, you need run as administrator to save your “hosts” file.
Click Start –> click All Programs –> click Accessories –> right-click Notepad –> Run as administrator.
Now in notepad, just click File –> open. Start search this folder file C:windowssystem32driversetc and click on “hosts”. You can start edit now and save it when done with no error again.
